Football Paradise , an website formed by college going boys(Apologies for not knowing the names) whose average is not more than 22. Football Paradise began as a website which attracted youth from all over Mumbai.
The first look of Football Paradise is divided into news section which number of team such as ManU , Liverpool and Chelsea to name a few. The menu called Kaleidoscopic, (Don't know why the name is kept) has feature of few players and events with a different look. The funniest menu is something which i loved the most was "LMAO".. is has a touch of comic and entertainment.
Football being a child of Kolkata`s Love, is also catching up in Mumbai since past few years. Football Paradise is able to capture that essence aptly and are making progress. Since inception in Aug 2011, are able to gather more than 2000 people on their fan page.
I personally had a talk with Vikrant (one of their technical people) and me being usually OCD on web design and development had suggested few things. But i was amazed to hear that we are concentrating more on Content rather than look. This has really amazed me about their compassion on creating good and share able content.
What is different about this website is that it touches the nerve of a true football.
I think that the site does a good job in facilitating exactly what the targeted viewers of the website want. It is News, Pictures, Scores and fun that soccer fans look for. The navigation across the sections is simple and easy to understand which gives additional points to the design of the website. The designers and website management team has smartly given links to most popular clubs like Chelsea, ManU, Liverpool, Barcelona etc. which pleases the respective fans(a huge number).
ReplyDeleteThe home page of the website shows famous soccer players which demonstrates the attitude of passion for the game. A viewer can relate the passion and feel a connection with the website the moment a fan is on the home page.
I also like the background picture of the website which seems like a play ground.
This is why I think that the website is doing so well. .
